How it works:
Users will gain access to exclusive benefits according to the tier they achieve.
When a user unlocks a Rewards Status, it remains valid for the rest of the current calendar year and the entire following year. This gives users ample time to meet status requirements and maximize their rewards.
*Please note that the Referral Royalties structure has been updated to an annual format, replacing the previous monthly one.

Your Rewards Status can be viewed on the Maximize Tab of your app
On the Fluz Website:
Click on the Rewards Status button on the top right corner of your screen, beside your avatar.
You will also receive an email every time your Status is updated. You may also contact the Fluz Customer Team by using the Chat option at the bottom of your screen or if you're on the mobile app, go to Help and chat with us.

Your Status will be updated as soon as you qualify, and the benefits will apply as follows:
Cashback Boosts & Bonus Credit
These may take up to 2 business days to appear in your account.
$50 Uber Credit
This will be sent via email by the 10th of the following month after you achieve Gold Status. If you haven’t received it by then, contact our Customer Support team via the Chat option at the bottom of your screen.
Sidekick Assignment
A Sidekick will be assigned within 5 business days. You will receive an email once assigned.
Beta & Expanded Features
These will be activated within 2 business days of qualifying.
Exclusive Rates
Rates will automatically be reflected on the Fluz Website within 2 business days.Exclusive Parties
Any exclusive Parties will be visible directly in the Fluz App—no action is needed on your end.Ask Me Anything (AMA) Invitations
You’ll receive an email invite for any upcoming AMA sessions.Referral Royalties
Any Referral Royalties earned in the current calendar year that were previously marked as "Locked" will be released on the same day you qualify.
For example: If you reach Silver Status on March 20, you’ll receive all Referral Royalties accumulated from January 1 to March 20 on that same day.

Yes, your Status may change depending on your annual spend. Spend more to level up!
However, when a user unlocks a Rewards Status, it remains valid for the rest of the current calendar year and the entire following year. For example, if a you unlock Platinum Status on May 1, 2025, you will be a Platinum Status user until December 31, 2026.

Qualifying spend includes gift card purchases and Fluz virtual card transactions made between January 1 and December 31.

It is possible that some of your transactions incurred failed payments. Returns, suspected fraud, or cancellations can impact Rewards Status qualification. Where can I see my Bonus credit?
Where can I see my Bonus credit?
Bonus credit will automatically be added to your Fluz Balance within 2 business days. Please note that this amount may be used to make purchases on Fluz, but it cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or other linked payment methods.
For Business Accounts, the $50 Uber credit reward is given by the 10th of the month after Gold status is achieved. A separate email will be sent with the details.
