Here at Fluz, we like to give you every opportunity to earn more. Starting February 2025, level up your Fluz Rewards Status to gain access to exciting perks, including chances to win our Fluz Monthly Cash Giveaway, Referral Royalties, cashback Boosts, and even cash bonuses.

How it works:

  • Users will gain access to exclusive benefits according to the tier they achieve.

  • When a user unlocks a Rewards Status, it remains valid for the rest of the current calendar year and the entire following year. This gives users ample time to meet status requirements and maximize their rewards.

  • You get all of the benefits of each Status as you unlock them.

*Please note that the Referral Royalties structure has been updated to an annual format, replacing the previous monthly one.

How do I track my Fluz Rewards Status?

On the Mobile App:

Your Rewards Status can be viewed on the Maximize Tab of your app

On the Fluz Website:

Click on the Rewards Status button on the top right corner of your screen, beside your avatar.

You will also receive an email every time your Status is updated. You may also contact the Fluz Customer Team by using the Chat option at the bottom of your screen or if you're on the mobile app, go to Help and chat with us.

When will my Fluz Rewards Status be effective?

Your Status will be updated as soon as you meet the qualifications, and the corresponding benefits will be applied in real time. However, cashback Boosts and Bonus credit may take a day or two to reflect.

If you qualify for Silver Status, you will receive all Referral Royalties earned in the current calendar year that were previously "Locked". For example, if you reach Silver Status on March 20, you will receive all Referral Royalties accumulated from January 1 to March 20 on the day you qualify.

Can my Fluz Rewards Status change?

Yes, your Status may change depending on your annual spend. Spend more to level up!

What is counted towards the Rewards Earned amount in the status criteria?

Qualifying spend includes gift card purchases and Fluz virtual card transactions made between January 1 and December 31.

Why did I not rank up even if I achieved the status criteria?

It is possible that some of your transactions incurred failed payments. Returns, suspected fraud, or cancellations can impact Rewards Status qualification. Where can I see my Bonus credit?

Bonus credit will automatically be added to your Fluz Balance as soon as you meet the qualifying criteria. Please note that this amount may be used to make purchases on Fluz, but it cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or other linked payment methods.
