What is my Fluz Rewards Balance?
Fluz allows you to earn cash back instantly on your entire purchase amount when you pay at checkout through the app. The cash back stays in your Fluz wallet (tap into the top left corner for a detailed wallet view) until you withdraw it or use it to purchase more gift cards. This balance is known as your Fluz Rewards balance.
Can I pay with my available Fluz Rewards balance?
Yes, you absolutely can!
When purchasing gift cards via the app, you could use your Fluz Balance to settle the payment in full, or even use it in conjunction with another payment method (i.e. credit card or ACH).
When you use your Fluz Balance to cover your whole purchase amount, you will get the highest cashback percentage available (cashback percentage may change anytime. Please refer to the amount on the screen for the final cashback rate).
Example 1:
Gift card purchase amount: $20
Fluz Balance used: $15
Cashback will depend on your supplementary payment method.
Example 2:
Gift card purchase amount: $20
Fluz Balance used: $25
Highest cashback percentage will be earned.
Before each purchase, you can click "Learn More" under "Apply Fluz Balance".
How do I use my Fluz Pay Balance for new gift card purchases?
During the checkout process, tap on the Funding source section (grey bar in the middle of the screen).
On the Choose a funding source page, you will find an option to Apply your Fluz balance with the available balance on display. Toggle On to apply.
Your Fluz balance will now appear as your funding source and you can finalize the purchase by entering your 4 digit security passcode or using Face/Touch ID.
What is the $15 - Lifetime Cashback Requirement?
You must hit the minimum lifetime earnings requirement of $15 before you can withdraw your Fluz Rewards balance or use it to buy more gift cards. This is a one-time requirement only. After you've hit your first $15 in Fluz Pay earnings, you may withdraw or purchase anytime even if it's just $1.

Can I load physical gift cards into my Fluz Balance wallet?
No, right now Fluz only supports digital payments at participating retailers using Fluz Rewards.
What happens if Fluz cancels a Fluz Rewards purchase?
If Fluz cancels a transaction, you will not be charged.
If you paid with a credit card, your order is canceled and the purchase amount should be reversed. This action is immediate on our part, but may take up to 2-7 days for your bank to reflect on your statement.
