We want to make sure your account is as safe as possible.

Exercise caution in relation to fraudulent sites falsely portrayed as the official Fluz website. Typically, scammers use this tactic to acquire your login credentials.

Prioritize your online safety by keeping the following in mind:

  1. We discourage relying on search engines to find the Fluz website. Some fraudulent advertisements may appear at the top of search results, so it is best to avoid clicking them. Instead, manually enter "fluz.app" directly into your browser's address bar. You can also bookmark our site for future convenience.

  2. Always remember that:

    • Fluz will never reach out to request the sharing of OTP codes.

    • Fluz will never ask you to download software or share your screen.

    • Fluz will never make phone calls requesting fund transfers.

  3. If you experience suspicious activity or simply have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

Keep in mind, Fluz Support will never do the following:

  • Ask you to send money through different apps such as CashApp or WhatsApp or via text messages

  • Ask you for your account password or your 4-digit PIN

  • Request that you download remote desktop access software
