Fluz has measures in place to keep user data as secure as possible. However, if you decide that you want to remove information you have on the app, please see the following guides below:

To delete your card information:

  1. Go to the Main Menu (your avatar) at the top of your screen.

  2. Tap on Accounts & Cards.

  3. Scroll down until you see your Bank Cards.

  4. Tap Manage on the card you want to remove, and tap Remove.

To stop receiving marketing emails from us:

  1. Go to the Main Menu (your avatar) at the top of your screen.

  2. Tap on Account Settings.

  3. Tap on Email and Push Notifications.

  4. Scroll down and tap on Advanced Settings.

  5. Select the types of emails you want to stop receiving by turning off the toggle button.

Note: By default, emails related to any Payment Activity or changes to Security Information cannot be turned off. We want to be transparent with our users when it comes to these kinds of activities on your app. If you want to manage your emails and notifications at any time, please refer to this article.
