On the Fluz web platform at fluz.app, you can set gift card purchases and gift card prepayments to repeat on a schedule, so you don't have to place each one by hand.
Who can schedule
Scheduling is available on all Fluz accounts, personal and business. On a business account, only Owners and Admins can set up scheduled gift card purchases and scheduled prepayments. Managers and Spenders can't create schedules, and Viewers can only view them.
If you see This account cannot schedule purchases, your role doesn't have permission. Ask an Owner or Admin on your account for help.
How scheduling works
You choose how often a payment repeats and how long it runs. Fluz processes each payment on its scheduled date using the funding source you picked. Each payment is handled separately, so one failed payment doesn't stop the others.
How to schedule a gift card purchase
Sign in at fluz.app.
Go to Stores and open the merchant's page.
Enter the gift card amount and Quantity, and choose your funding source.
Click Create a recurring payment?
Under When should we repeat this payment?, choose every day, every week, every month, or every year.
Under How long should we repeat it?, enter the number of payments.
Click Set schedule, then Confirm.
How many payments you can schedule depends on how often they repeat:
Every day: 2 to 30 payments
Every week: up to 24 payments
Every month: up to 12 payments
Every year: up to 5 payments
How to schedule a gift card prepayment
Sign in at fluz.app.
Go to Add money and choose Prepayment as the destination.
Enter the amount and choose your funding source.
Click Create a recurring prepayment?
Answer When should we repeat this prepayment? and When should we end this recurring prepayment?
Click Schedule.
Tick I have read and agree to terms above, then click Confirm.
Viewing your schedules
Go to Transactions and open the Scheduled tab. Click a schedule to see each payment and its status.
Canceling a schedule
Go to Transactions and open the Scheduled tab.
Click the schedule you want to stop.
Click Cancel schedule.
This cancels every payment in that schedule that hasn't run yet. Payments that have already gone through stay charged. You can't cancel a single payment and keep the rest, and you need to cancel each schedule separately.
If a payment fails
The rest of the schedule keeps running. A failed payment isn't retried automatically. The schedule only shows as failed if every payment in it fails.
If a payment fails, check that your funding source is still connected and has enough available before the next one runs.
