When you purchase a gift card from Fluz, you are purchasing a gift card from the merchant. We are confident the gift cards work and we do our part to make sure that the gift cards provided to our users are redeemable and valid. In most cases, invalid gift cards would show an error message, such as "Code and Pin" are Invalid, or "Unable to redeem your gift card code". However, please make sure that you are also redeeming the gift card correctly. Some merchants may have certain ways how to redeem a gift card, so it's always best to check the merchant's gift card terms and conditions.

Since the merchant has full control of the gift cards, your best and fastest recourse would be to contact the merchant's customer support first, as they can look into your cards directly. They will be able to confirm if the gift card is invalid, had already been redeemed, or if the gift card is still intact.

You may contact us at [email protected] if the merchant's customer support is unable to resolve the issue. We'd be happy to raise it on your behalf. However, please be advised that we suggest this as a last course of action as the turnaround time is much longer.
