When you make a purchase with Fluz, your funds are automatically pulled from your available balances and funding sources in a set order. This makes your transactions predictable, so you always know which balance or source will be charged first.
Fluz draws from your funding sources in the following order:
Spend account balance (formerly Cash balance)
Reward balance
Fluz prepayment balance
If funds from these sources do not cover the full transaction amount, Fluz will charge the remaining funds to a secondary funding source if you have set one.
