If your virtual card transaction is being declined, there are a few common reasons why this might be happening.


Fluz Transaction Declines

Transactions on Fluz may decline if the billing information provided does not match what is on file. A common cause is a zip code mismatch. Make sure the billing zip code you enter matches the one linked to your account.


Other Common Reasons for Transaction Failures

1. Zip Code Mismatch

If the zip code entered during checkout does not match the billing address on file for your payment method, the transaction may fail. Double-check the information you are entering.

2. Insufficient Funds

Your transaction may be declined if your payment method does not have enough available funds to cover the purchase amount. Confirm your balance before retrying the transaction.
