You can update and manage how your virtual card is funded using the funding source selector.
To edit your virtual card funding source:
On the Fluz web portal, navigate to the Cards tab on the top navigation menu. Your virtual cards will appear by default.
Search for your virtual card by filtering the card type, card number, spent amount, card limit, date created, funding source, and status.
Click on a virtual card to open the Card details page.
Select the Edit button towards the bottom of the page.
From here, you can:
Toggle your Fluz balance on or off. If it is toggled on, your Fluz balance will be charged first before your bank account.
Select or switch your linked bank account using the dropdown
Hit Save changes to confirm your updates.
Fluz tip: New to Fluz? Link a bank account to avoid declined transactions. Your Fluz balance is the default funding source, and new accounts often don’t have enough funds to cover virtual card purchases.
