To create a virtual card on the Fluz web portal:
Log in to your Fluz account on web.
Navigate to the Cards tab on the top navigation menu.
Click + next to My Cards to create a new virtual card.
Select the card program, the funding source, and set your card limit.
Enter card nickname and set auto-freeze date if needed.
Click Review to confirm the details. Then select Create card.
Enter your 4-digit PIN to complete the setup.
Once your card is generated, you can find it under the Cards tab on the top navigation menu.
Note: your account will not be charged during card generation. You will only be charged at the time of purchase.
Before you make your first purchase, the virtual card will show only the card type and the last four digits of the number. Once the first transaction is complete, the card art will update to reflect your selected brand or merchant.
You’ll also see your chosen brand listed in the virtual card’s settings.
Most merchants offer the standard cashback rate of 1.5%, but some are considered cashback exempt or have adjusted rates due to policy restrictions.
