Fluz is transitioning eligible CFSB virtual card activity to the Sutton and ACB programs as part of ongoing improvements to the virtual card experience.
This transition supports a more robust virtual card experience, including future improvements such as the Travel Card and virtual account numbers.
What this means for you
If you were previously using a CFSB virtual card, you will need to replace it with a Sutton or ACB card if you want that card activity to continue.
Some CFSB virtual cards may already be deactivated.
What you should do
Review the CFSB virtual cards you previously used
Identify any card you still need for ongoing purchases, subscriptions or merchant activity
Confirm the available cashback offers in Fluz
Select a replacement option using a Sutton or ACB card, if needed

If your old card no longer works
This is expected. Some CFSB Virtual Cards may already have been deactivated as part of this transition.
If that happens, create or switch to a Sutton or ACB Virtual Card to continue spending.
