How to Add Fluz Digital Wallet Cards to Apple Pay
Adding Digital Wallet cards to your mobile wallet is a simple process. Follow these steps to get started:
Note: Please ensure your Fluz account is verified before beginning the setup process. Unverified accounts may encounter issues during wallet integration.
Open the Fluz mobile app and you will see “Add Fluz to Digital Wallet”.
Click on “Get Started”.
Input your 4-digit Fluz PIN.
Tap “Add to your digital wallet”.
Follow the prompts from Apple Pay or Google Pay to complete the setup.
On your mobile wallet, you will be able to select your Fluz Digital Wallet Card as a payment option. Select your Fluz Card and tap your phone on the terminal to complete your in-store transaction.
NOTE: For the highest cashback rate, make sure to always select the option to run the transaction as a credit transaction.

I am being prompted for a PIN during checkout. What should I enter?
Please enter your 4-digit Fluz Account PIN.
Should I process the transaction as a debit or credit?
For maximum cashback, we strongly recommend running the transaction as a credit one. To do this, select ‘credit’ on the terminal, or simply tap the red decline button when prompted for a PIN. You could also advise the cashier to run the transactions as credit.
However, if there are no other options, you can also attempt to process the transaction as a debit, but please be aware that this may result in a lower cashback rate.
Can I use these cards at multiple stores?
Absolutely! Fluz Digital Wallet Cards that are added to your Apple Pay or Google Pay are not tied to a specific brand, or "brand-tied". You will be able to use the same card at multiple stores.
Note that the Virtual Cards generated from the Power Portal will continue to be brand-tied.
How many Digital Wallet Cards can I create?
You may create one card per program or BIN. That means you can have up to 5 different Digital Wallet Cards ready to add to your mobile wallet.
Troubleshooting Account Verification Issues:
If your Fluz account is not verified, you may encounter errors such as "Something Went Wrong" when integrating with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Follow these steps to resolve:
Check for a yellow "RESOLVE" banner in the Discover tab of the Fluz mobile app or a "Your Fluz account is in review" link in the web portal.
Complete the verification process as instructed. Once verified, retry the wallet integration process.
Handling Errors While Adding Fluz to Mobile Wallets:
If you encounter an error message like "Something Went Wrong" during the setup process:
Ensure your Fluz account review is complete.
Use only the designated "Add to your digital wallet" option within the app instead of manual inputs. Retry the process once corrections are made.
