There are a few common reasons why a purchase may not go through:
Restricted payment methods / Account verification β Your payment method may not be supported, or your account may need additional verification.
Daily spending limits β Each account has a maximum daily spending limit that, if reached, will prevent additional purchases.
Brand / Merchant limits β Some brands or merchants set their own restrictions on purchase amounts or frequency.

On the app, tap on your Avatar in the top left of the screen.
Select Privacy and Security
Select Limits & Verification to see if there are any restrictions on your funding sources
Daily spending limits
There is also a daily limit for customers for Bill pay, virtual card purchases, or gift card purchases:
250,000 for Businesses
10,000 for a verified customer
Brand / Merchant limits
Select the merchant you would like to purchase from
On the checkout page, click on the I icon under your order amount
You will then see the maximum gift card amount available for you to purchase
Note: Each merchant sets their own purchase limits. Be sure to check the limits for each merchant before completing your transaction.
Can I increase my brand limits?
Yes! You can upgrade to a Fluz Business Account to unlock increased brand limits and other exclusive benefits.
