What withdrawal methods are accepted?
Here are the following ways you can withdraw your balance:
Bank / ACH
PayPal
Venmo
Transfer to a Virtual Debit Card
To start your withdrawal, all you need to do is to connect any of these accounts. To do that, follow these instructions:
On the App
Go to your Icon at the top left of your screen.
Select Funding Sources.
Select Add New and enter the details for your withdrawal account.
On the Website
1. Go to your Icon at the top Right of your screen.
2. Tap on Accounts and Cards.
3. Add the account you would like to withdraw too.
How do I withdraw my Fluz balance?
On the App
1. Go to your Fluz Wallet at the top left of your screen.
2. Tap on Move Money.
3. Tap on Withdraw from Fluz.
4. Select your withdrawal method by tapping on it.
5. Type in the amount you wish to withdraw, Review and then Confirm.
NOTE: You must hit a $15 lifetime cashback balance before you are able to withdraw. This is a one-time requirement and you can withdraw at any time once you've earned $15.
On the Fluz Website
1. Click Move Money at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select Withdraw Money.
3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Your Withdraw-able Balance is shown on the top right corner of your screen.
4. Select the account to withdraw your funds to.
5. Click on Review.
NOTE: You must hit a $15 lifetime cashback balance before you are able to withdraw. This is a one-time requirement and you can withdraw at any time once you've earned $15.
Where can I find my withdrawal history?
On the App
Go to your Fluz Wallet at the top left of your screen.
Scroll down and click on the Filter option.
Select the Transfers option and press select results.
You will see your past Withdrawls there.
Note: You also have the option to Filter your transactions by "Date", Transaction Type", and "Status".
On the Website
Click on the Transactions option on the top of the screen.
Tap on the Filter by icon and select Transaction Type.
Select the Withdrawls option and click See results.
You will see your past Withdrawls there.
Note: You can also filter by a specific date as well.
