There's nothing better than being able to enjoy the rewards that you have earned! Below are some questions to help you withdraw the cash back you earned.

Which Fluz channels can I withdraw from?

At the moment, withdrawals can only be made from the Fluz mobile app.

What withdrawal methods are accepted?

Great job on earning your deserved cash back! Here are the following ways you can withdraw your balance:

  • Bank / ACH

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Transfer to a Virtual Debit Card

Can I make a partial withdrawal?

Yes, partial withdrawals are possible within the app.

The initial minimum amount you can withdraw is $15.00. This is a one-time minimum withdrawal amount. Once you've hit that initial $15, you can withdraw anytime and any amount*.

*For withdrawals through a visa prepaid card, there is a minimum withdrawal amount of $25 each time.

What policies does Fluz have in regard to “cashing out” my earned rewards?

In order to cash out your Fluz earnings, you must link a verified card, verify your email, and reach the minimum $15 wallet balance.

Fluz does not charge fees or issue any service charges when you cash out, but we will subtract any money transfer fees incurred by us in the processing of your transaction. For instance, if you choose to cash out $16.00 via ACH bank transfer, and your bank charges us a $5.00 fee to process that transaction, then we will deduct that fee from your requested cash-out amount, resulting in an amount of $11.00 landing in your bank account.

This fee will be coming from your bank for the transfer. Generally, this fee is only applied to funds sent to bank accounts outside of the US. At the moment we do not support such transactions.

Also please note that for a personal account(s) where you wish to receive your Fluz cash back rewards, the new account will not be available to send your Fluz cash back rewards for two (2) business days after you add the account. This is to allow time for Fluz to check the validity of any new accounts added.

Can you send my cashback balance to a savings bank account?

Yes. First, link your bank account through Plaid, our third-party bank connecting system. We are able to connect savings and checking accounts.

Why can’t I withdraw my money?

In order to withdraw your cashback earnings, you must link a "money out" or withdrawal method, verify your email, and reach the minimum $15 lifetime cashback. Once you have completed all of these steps, you’ll be able to initiate a withdrawal.

You must hit a $15 lifetime cashback balance before you are able to withdraw. The $15 is composed of your own personal cashback plus your network cashbacks. This is a one-time requirement. Once you've earned $15, you can withdraw at any time with a minimum of $1 per withdrawal.

Keep note that refunds processed back to your Fluz Balance do not count towards the $15 minimum requirement.

*for withdrawals through a visa prepaid card, a minimum amount may apply.

I cannot connect my Venmo account to Fluz. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we are only able to connect to Venmo accounts if both the Venmo and Fluz phone numbers are the same.

You may want to consider updating your Venmo number to the same number you use with Fluz. Here are instructions that may help.

Why did my PayPal transfer fail?

A PayPal transfer fails if the PayPal account you linked to Fluz does not belong to an existing PayPal user. These funds will be returned to your Fluz wallet after thirty days.

We strongly encourage members to verify their PayPal information is correct prior to make a transfer. This ensures that your PayPal transfer is successful. We are not responsible for funds that have been deposited into the wrong account.

Paypal may also have certain withdrawal or currency restrictions depending on the country settings of your Paypal account which may cause your withdrawal to fail. Please check with Paypal directly.

Can you handle international wires for my cashback balance?

No, at this time if you do not have a US bank account, we will need you to use PayPal or Venmo for cash outs. We will be enabling international bank withdrawals in a later update.

Will Fluz convert my cashback balance into my local currency if I am an international member?

No, all cashback balances are maintained in USD, and Fluz will not convert the currency for you. PayPal, which is the main method that Fluz members will be able to cash out with initially, will convert the USD into your local currency for you.

In order to locate PayPal’s currency exchange rates, please log into your PayPal account and follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.

  2. Click PayPal balance at the left side of the page.

  3. Click Manage currencies.

  4. Enter the amount you want to convert under the Currency Exchange column.

  5. Choose the new currency.

  6. Click Calculate to preview the conversion.

  7. Click Review Exchange to see the conversion details.

  8. Click Exchange Currency to confirm the transfer.
