Fluz provides a second layer of security by enabling a passcode when you view your gift card information as well as before you make a transaction.

Note: Your passcode is different from your password. The passcode is a 4 digit pin entered before finalizing your purchase or before accessing your past purchases.

Follow the guide below to SET your 4 digit passcode:

1. On the home page, tap on the Menu icon an the top right of the screen

2. Tap on Privacy & Security

3. Tap on Passcode for you to create a new one

4. Type in a new 4 digit passcode, follow the prompts until it is confirmed

Follow the guide below to CHANGE your 4 digit passcode:

1. On the home page, tap on the Menu icon an the top right of the screen

2. Tap on Privacy & Security

3. Tap on Passcode

4. Type in your CURRENT passcode

3. You will then be prompted to enter your NEW passcode

4. Follow the prompts and until your get the confirmation message on your screen

Follow the guide below to RESET your 4 digit passcode:

1. On the home page, tap on the Menu icon an the top right of the screen

2. Tap on Privacy & Security

3. Tap on Passcode

4. Tap on Reset Passcode just above the number pad

5. Type in your PASSWORD and tap on Continue

6.On the number pad, type in your new passcode

7. Retype your new passcode in order to confirm it

8. A success screen will appear to confirm that you have reset your passcode

Please note that your PASSWORD is not the same as your 4-digit PASSCODE. Your password keeps your app secure while your passcode is an added security feature to confirm your identity before completing a purchase.
