Fluz provides a second layer of security by enabling a PIN in order to view your gift card information as well as before you make a transaction.
This passcode also helps protect your transactions within the Fluz app.
Note: Your PIN is different from your password. The 4-digit PIN is an added security feature to confirm your identity before finalizing your purchase or before accessing your past purchases.
How to SET your 4-digit PIN:

1. On the home page, tap on the Menu icon (your Avatar) at the top left of the screen
2. Tap on Privacy & Security
3. Tap on PIN for you to create a new one
4. Type in a new 4-digit PIN, and follow the prompts until it is confirmed
How to CHANGE your 4-digit PIN:

1. On the home page, tap on the Menu icon (your avatar) at the top left of the screen
2. Tap on Privacy & Security
3. Tap on PIN
4. Type in your current PIN, followed by your new PIN

5. You will get a confirmation message that you have successfully changed your PIN
If you have forgotten your 4-digit PIN:
1. On the home page, tap on the Menu icon (your avatar) at the top left of the screen
2. Tap on Privacy & Security
3. Tap on PIN
4. Tap on Forgot PIN? just below the number pad
5. A 6-digit code will be sent to your phone number. Input it and select "continue"
Troubleshooting Tips
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to avoid errors during passcode reset.
If the settings menu cannot be accessed, reinstall the app and ensure a data backup beforehand.
