FluzTravel cashback is paid automatically, but only on eligible purchases that have finished processing. The FluzTravel Card (Visa) earns up to 2.5% and the FluzTravel International Card (Mastercard) earns up to 1.5%. If you don't see cashback yet, it's usually for one of the reasons below.
Why this happens
Cashback is based on the merchant's category code (MCC). The merchant chooses this code when it processes your charge. Fluz doesn't set it.
A merchant can look like travel and still use a code outside the eligible list. For example, a hotel might process a charge as general retail. That purchase earns 0%, even though you booked a hotel.
What to check
Has the transaction finished processing? Cashback lands in your Fluz balance once a transaction completes. Pending transactions don't earn cashback yet. Hotel pre-authorizations often stay pending until checkout.
Was the merchant in an eligible category? Compare the purchase against FluzTravel Card eligible categories. If the charge was split, for example a hotel bill with a non-eligible extra, only the eligible portion earns cashback.
Was the purchase refunded? A refund reverses the cashback earned on that purchase.
Did you pay with a FluzTravel card? Purchases on other Fluz virtual cards earn that card's rate, not the FluzTravel rate.
What this doesn't mean
Missing cashback doesn't mean anything is wrong with your card or your account. The card keeps working, and eligible purchases continue to earn cashback.

The transaction date and amount
Which FluzTravel card you used and its last 4 digits
A screenshot of the transaction in your Fluz account
Cashback eligibility is decided by the merchant's category code, so we can't add cashback manually to purchases outside the eligible categories.
