What this means for you
Rates and fees on the Power Portal may not be accurate. While the Power Portal is still accessible, the cashback rates and fees it shows may not match what's current. Please don't rely on them when deciding on a purchase.
The Power Portal is no longer maintained or updated. New features, fixes, and rate changes are not being added to it.
Why use the Fluz web platform
The Fluz web platform and the Fluz mobile app are where updates are released. Rates and fees shown there are kept current, so what you see before you buy is what applies.
How to switch
Go to fluz.app and sign in with the same Fluz account you use on the Power Portal.
Check your funding sources. A bank account linked on the Power Portal may need to be relinked on the web platform before you can select it.
Review the rate and any fees on the merchant page before you buy. These are the current rates.
Bookmark fluz.app and use it in place of the Power Portal from now on.
Your account isn't changing
This is a change to where you sign in, not to your Fluz account. You don't need to open a new account to use the web platform.
