Freezing/Unfreezing your virtual card

If you want to pause spending on your virtual card, you can freeze it at any time. Freeezed cards can't be used for purchases, so any transaction attempts will be declined. You can unfreeze it again whenever you're ready to use it.

Here are the steps to freeze your card:

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab on the top navigation menu. Your active virtual cards will appear by default.

  2. Search for your virtual card by filtering the card type, card number, spent amount, card limit, date created, funding source, and status.

  3. Click on the virtual card you would like to freeze.

  4. Select Freeze card.

  5. Your card is now frozen, and all transactions on this card will be blocked.

The status of your card will now show as Frozen. All frozen cards are also moved to the inactive cards table.

Here are the steps to freeze your card:

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab on the top navigation menu. Your active virtual cards will appear by default. Toggle to your Inactive cards.

  2. Select the box icon next to the virtual card you would like to unfreeze and confirm.

  3. Your virtual card will now switch back to the Active cards tab, and be available to use.
