How to add/remove a funding source on the Power Portal?

Managing funding sources on the Power Portal

To ADD a funding source or a withdrawal method on the Power Portal:

1. On your Power Portal, click on Payment Methods on the navigation bar to the left of your screen.

2. On the top right corner of the screen, tap on Add new.

3. Select what kind of funding source you'd like to add.

4. Follow the prompts and enter your credentials.

Please note that our 3rd party bank connecting system may have additional steps for you to complete as part of their security and authentication process. If you cannot find your preferred bank in the list provided, please try linking a funding source via the Fluz App.

It is also important to note that all accounts under your online banking User ID and Password will be linked to Fluz as a payment method, and this can include your savings account. Since banks usually do not allow payments using your savings account, we encourage you to please remove your savings account after it is connected to avoid confusion.


To REMOVE a funding source or a withdrawal method on the Power Portal:

1. On your Power Portal, click on Payment Methods on the navigation bar to the left of your screen.

2. You will see Bank Cards by default. Filter for the specific card you'd like to unlink, then click on Remove.

3. If you'd like to remove your digital wallet, navigate to the Connected Accounts tab.

Note: Unlinking of bank accounts can only be done on the Fluz Mobile App. We recommend keeping a checking account linked as it is the preferred payment method.
