How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, clothing, apparel, accessories

How to redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout in the Payment section, select ‘Have A Gift Card Or E-Gift Card?’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your total will be deducted from your gift card balance.
      ​

  • In-store:

    1. During checkout, show your gift card barcode and PIN.

    2. The cashier will scan your barcode and enter the PIN.

    3. Your gift card balance will be deducted from the total.

How to check your balance:

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You can use your eGift Card at LOFT, LOFT Outlet, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Factory and Lou & Grey locations in the US and online at LOFT.com, anntaylor.com and louandgrey.com.

  • There is no expiration date on your eGift Card.
