How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, clothing, apparel, accessories

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

  1. During checkout, under billing go to 'REDEEM GIFT CARD'.

  2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

  3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In store:

  1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

  2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Check gift card balance online here.

    2. You can also call 1-800-832-0656.

    3. Or visit any Aeropostale store and ask to check your gift card balance.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Redeemable at any Aéropostale store in the United States or Puerto Rico or online at aeropostale.com.

  • You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards.

  • Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

  • Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred.
