How do I update the email address on my account?
To update your email address, just follow along with these simple instructions:
Log into the app and tap on the Menu (your avatar) icon on the top right of your screen.
Tap on Account Settings.
Tap on Account Info.
The final step is to simply tap your email. This will pull up your device's keyboard. Press backspace until the old email is erased, then type in your updated email.
Please note: You will be required to verify your new email address before you can withdraw your funds. For instructions on how to verify your email, read here.
How to Connect with your Contacts on Fluz
Inviting your friends and family has gotten easier with Fluz! You'll be earning those extra vouchers and increasing your cashback earnings in no time!
Here's how to use the new Invite Contacts feature on Fluz. Please make sure you're on the latest version of the Fluz App. Head over to your app store and make sure to update.
Tap on the Dove icon found at the bottom of your Fluz App.
Tap on "Find your friends".
You'll be asked to Connect your Address Book. Tap on Okay to allow Fluz to access your Contacts.
Once you've given permission, you'll be able to view the Invite Contacts page. Make sure to click the Allow button to start loading your contacts.
After your contacts list has been loaded, you would see a Recommended and More Contacts List.
Your Recommended list is your contacts who also have friends who are using Fluz but have not yet joined. Your More Contacts list would show your contacts who are new to Fluz.
You now can invite your contacts to join Fluz. You can tap on Invite beside your contact and it would pull up your messages app with a pre-populated message that has your referral code! Feel free to edit this as much as you like.
After inviting them, you would have the option to remind them by clicking Remind beside your contact.
Your contacts who are already on Fluz would show a green checkmark beside their name.
What are Recommended Contacts?
Fluz makes it easier for you to grow your network by recommending your contacts who are most likely to join Fluz! With Recommended Contacts, you’ll learn which of your friends are not yet on Fluz but already have several friends that are part of Fluz.
Keep in mind that these are contacts that other members of Fluz also have in their contact list. Be the first to invite them by clicking Invite.
Samsung Phone Keyboard Issue
Some Samsung Fluz users may be unable to log in to the app due to a Samsung pop-up blocking parts of their screen.
If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the steps below as a workaround:
1. Go to your Google Play store and download an alternative keyboard (we recommend the G-Board which is the default Google keyboard)
2. After completing the download, go to your phone’s Settings
3. Click on General Management
4. Click on the Keyboard list and Default
5. Click on the Default keyboard
6. Select the recently downloaded keyboard (G-Board Google keyboard)
7. Reopen the FLUZ app and tap on Log-in
8. Type in your credentials on the email and password fields
You should be able to log in and use your FLUZ account from here on.
Please note that our development team is continuously working to improve the app experience and looking into resolving the Samsung Phone Keyboard issue.
How do I log out from the Fluz App?
Here's how to logout from the Fluz App:
Tap the Menu (your avatar) icon on the top right of your screen.
Scroll down and tap on Logout.
Can I create multiple Fluz Accounts?
No, you can only have one Fluz Account. If you've created more than one, please contact us at [email protected]. We would be more than to work with you to make sure you have access to the account of your choice moving forward.
Fluz reserves the right to temporarily lock your account if you are caught creating multiple Fluz accounts.
