How do I manage my Fluz notifications?

You are now able to manage your email and push notifications on the Fluz App!

Here's how to do that:

  1. Press the Menu (☰) button, found at the upper right-hand side of your Fluz App.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. Select Email & Push Notifications

You will be provided with three options:

  1. Everything - You will be notified about promotions, giveaways, nearby offers, social updates, and more!

  2. The Important Stuff - You will only get notified about your earnings, social updates, reactions, and other important account information.

  3. The Minimum - You will only be notified about your important account information.

When you select any of the three options, it will automatically adjust the advanced settings for both the Email and Push Notifications.

You are able to tailor-fit and adjust your own Email & Push Notifications by selecting Advanced Settings.

What is the difference between Email & Push Notifications?

You are able to adjust and select where you would like to receive your notifications from Fluz. When you enable Email Notifications, these will be sent directly to your registered Fluz email.

When you enable Push Notifications, these are shown to you on the Fluz App.

How do I update the email address on my account?

To update your email address, just follow along with these simple instructions:

  1. Log into the app and go into the More menu denoted by the 3 horizontal lines near the top right of the screen.

  2. Then click Edit your profile under your name.

  3. The final step is to simply tap your email. This will pull up your device keyboard. Press backspace until the old email is erased, then type in your updated email.

Please note: You will be required to verify your new email address before you are able to withdraw your funds. For instructions on how to verify your email, read here.

How to Connect with your Contacts on Fluz

Inviting your friends and family has gotten easier with Fluz! You'll be earning those extra vouchers and increasing your cashback earnings in no time!

Here's how to use the new Invite Contacts feature on Fluz:

  1. Make sure you're on the latest version of the Fluz App. Head over to your app store and make sure to update!

  2. Once you've updated, click on the Invite button found at the bottom of your Fluz App.

  3. Click on "Find people to invite and earn rewards with".

  4. You'll be asked to Connect your Address Book. Click Okay. Fluz will then ask for access to your Contacts.

  5. Once you've given permission, you'll be sent back to your Fluz App, viewing the Invite Contacts page. Make sure to click the Allow button to start loading your contacts.

  6. After your contacts list has been loaded, you would see a Recommended and All Contacts List.

  7. Your Recommended list are your contacts who also have friends who are using Fluz but have not yet joined! Your All Contacts list would show your contacts who are totally new to Fluz.

You now have the ability to invite your contacts to join Fluz! You can click Invite beside your contact and it would pull up your messages app with a pre-populated message that has your referral code! Feel free to edit this as much as you like!

After inviting them, you would have the option to remind them by clicking Remind beside your contact.

Your contacts who are already on Fluz would show a green checkmark beside their name.


What are Recommended Contacts?

Fluz makes it easier for you to grow your network by recommending you contacts who are most likely to join Fluz! With Recommended Contacts, you’ll learn which of your friends are not yet on Fluz but already have a number of friends that are part of Fluz.

Keep in mind that these are contacts that other members of Fluz also have in their contact list. Be the first to invite them by clicking Invite.


How do I logout from the Fluz App?

Here's how to logout from the Fluz App:

  1. Press the Menu (☰) button, found at the upper right-hand side of your Fluz App.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. The Logout button should be at the bottom of your Fluz App.

  4. Click Logout!

Can I create multiple Fluz Accounts?

No, you can only have one Fluz Account. If you've created more than one, please contact us at [email protected]. We would be more than to work with you to make sure you have access to account of your choice moving forward.

Fluz reserves the right to temporarily lock your account if you are caught creating multiple Fluz accounts.

How to delete my account?

If you decide Fluz is not the cashback app for you, you can delete your account by reaching out to our Customer Support at [email protected]

If you decide to proceed with account deletion, we would like to remind you that:

  1. Deactivation is permanent.

  2. All FluzPay balance, if any, will be forfeited.

  3. All invites and network, if any, is not movable to a new account, should you make a new one.
