How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, go to: 'Add Promo Code or Gift Card.'

    2. Enter your gift card code then select ‘Redeem.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and pin here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards have no expiration date or fees.

  • Locations:

    • The L.L.Bean Gift Card is honored for merchandise purchased at retail stores and outlets, through catalogs, at llbean.com and for Outdoor Discovery Programs Adventures in the U.S.
