All Fluz members can earn their first $5 bonus by simply completing 4 easy steps:

  1. Link and verify a bank account as a funding source

  2. Verify your identity

  3. Add your birthday to your account

  4. Add a Virtual Card to your Digital Wallet

The Account Setup $5 bonus can only be achieved once per Fluz member account and does not expire.

Yes, you can still qualify by completing the 4 steps given that you have never achieved the bonus before.

When do I receive the $5 bonus?

You will receive the $5 bonus in your Fluz Wallet in real-time, as soon as all 4 steps have been completed.

How do I know that I qualified for the $5 bonus?

Once you have qualified for the bonus, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also track your progress on the Fluz website or mobile app.

Why did I not receive the $5 bonus?

These may be the reasons why you did not receive the $5 bonus:

  1. You have not yet completed all 4 steps.
