How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under the payment section select ‘Use a gift card'.
Enter your gift card code and PIN then select ‘Apply Gift Card.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your gift card code and PIN here then select, 'Submit'.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
Abridged terms and conditions:
When making a purchase in a Retail Store using a Gift Card that is not Pound Sterling, Arsenal will apply a currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. If a refund is later requested, the currency equivalent of the refund may not be equal to the currency equivalent of the original purchase amount, due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. There may therefore be either a residual windfall or shortfall on the Gift Card. If there is a shortfall, the remaining amount must be paid with another acceptable tender.
Not redeemable for:
Using a Gift Card balance to purchase Arsenal match tickets or memberships is not permitted.

Gift Cards can be redeemed at Retail Stores or on the Online Store. Four currencies: British Pound Sterling, Euro, US Dollar and Australian dollar.
