What withdrawal methods are accepted?
Here are the following ways you can withdraw your balance:
Bank / ACH
PayPal
Venmo
Transfer to a Virtual Debit Card
At the moment, withdrawals can only be made from the Fluz mobile app.
To start your withdrawal, all you need to do is to connect any of these accounts. To do that, follow these instructions:
1. Go to your Fluz Wallet at the top left of your screen.
2. Tap on Move Money.
3. Tap on Withdraw from Fluz.
4. Scroll down till you see Add an account.
Complete the prompts when selecting your ACH, PayPal or Venmo as your withdrawal method.
How do I withdraw my Fluz balance?
1. Go to your Fluz Wallet at the top left of your screen.
2. Tap on Move Money.
3. Tap on Withdraw from Fluz.
4. Select your withdrawal method by tapping on it.
5. Type in the amount you wish to withdraw, Review and then Confirm.
NOTE: You must hit a $15 lifetime cashback balance before you are able to withdraw. This is a one-time requirement and you can withdraw at any time once you've earned $15.
Where can I find my withdrawal history?
1. Go to your Fluz Wallet at the top left of your screen.
2. Scroll down and tap on See all transactions.
At the bottom of the screen, you will see tabs for Purchases, Network, Transfers, and Bonuses.
3. Tap on Transfers to see all your previous transfers and withdrawals.
Items are arranged in chronological order starting from the most recent month.
