How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk.

How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card number here then select, 'Submit.'

    2. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

  • Call +1 (888)-272-7068

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • You may use multiple Levy Restaurants gift cards at one time.

  • You cannot add value to an existing Levy Restaurants gift card. Once the full value of the card has been used, the card is expired and a new gift card may be purchased.

  • Levy Restaurants gift cards never expire and there are no maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift cards are not valid towards gratuity.

  • Locations:

    • All gift cards are accepted for food, beverage, and tax at all participating locations in the U.S.
