How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk, restaurant, food

How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code here then select, 'Check Balance'.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present digital gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift cards are not redeemable for gaming of any kind.

    • Gift cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any contracted banquet or private dining event.

    • Currently, online service and call center are unable to take any International orders.

  • Locations:

    • Landry's, Inc. gift cards (CARD) may be used to purchase goods and services at any participating Landry's, Inc. or affiliated location in the U.S. until the full balance is used.

    • Not redeemable at Joe’s Crab Shack, Brick House Tavern, Morton’s Grille in Niagara Falls, Rainforest Café in Niagara Falls, Build-A-Dino at T-Rex, Morton’s the Steakhouse in Saratoga Springs and All international franchise locations.
