How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, clothing, accessories, online shopping

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, you’ll be prompted to add your E-gift card in 'My Account' before completing your order.

    2. Select, 'Let's Go!'. Enter your gift card code, PIN, email address, and confirm email address then click, 'Next.'

    3. Once you've followed the instructions to add your gift card, you will be able to use it at checkout.

    4. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. Go to the E-gift card tab, where you’ll be prompted to add your E-gift card to your ASOS account by clicking, 'E-Gift Card'.

    2. Once you’ve added your E-gift card to your account, you’ll be directed back to the checkout, where you can copy your E-gift card code and apply it to your order.

    3. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. To check your gift card balance, click here.

    2. Select, 'Let's Go!'. Enter your gift card code, PIN, email address, and confirm email address then click, 'Next.'

    3. Once you've followed the instructions to add your gift card, you will be able to view your gift card balance.

    4. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards can’t be used on ASOS Marketplace.

  • Locations:

    • Gift vouchers bought with UK as the browsing country will expire 2 years from the date of receipt. Gift vouchers bought with the US as the browsing country do not have an expiry date. Gift vouchers bought from an ASOS browsing country outside of the US or the UK will expire 10 years from the date of receipt.
