How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under payment select ‘Redeem a gift card'.
To redeem a gift card, enter gift card number. To redeem an eGift card, enter gift card number and PIN then select ‘Apply.’
Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your gift card numbers, PIN, and email address here then select ‘Check Balance.’
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:
Cards have no value until purchased (or otherwise properly issued with respect to merchandise return cards and promotional cards) and activated.
Each time a Card is used, the purchase amount will be debited against the Card's available balance.
Not redeemable for:
Cards cannot be used to pay for Ace Hardware accounts.
Locations:
Cards are redeemable only for purchases at participating Ace Hardware locations in the United States or online at www.acehardware.com.
