How to Redeem:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under ‘Payment,’ select ‘Add a lululemon gift card.’’
Enter your digital e-gift Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’
Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
In-store:
Show your digital e-gift card/gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.
If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Enter your gift card code here and select, 'Check My Balance'.
Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
In-store:
Present e-gift card to cashier for scanning.
Ask cashier to check its balance.
If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.
Abridged terms and conditions:
There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.
Not redeemable for:
Gift cards can't be used at Lululemon concession stores (shop-in-shops), on the lululemon Like New website, or with our wholesale partners.
Gift cards issued through lululemon Like New (trade-in e-gift cards) may not be redeemed in combination with employee or community discounts (Military / First Responder / Health Care Worker, Sweat Collective, Ambassador).
Locations:
Gift cards are not available for redemption on lululemon Like New. All other Gift Cards are redeemable for purchases at lululemon retail stores outside of China or online at WWW.LULULEMON.COM, lululemon.com.au, lululemon.co.nz, lululemon.com.hk, lululemon.co.uk, eu.lululemon.com, fr.lululemon.com.
Gift cards purchased in China, Mexico, Dubai, or Qatar must be redeemed in the same country of purchase.
Lululemon gift cards cannot be redeemed in the following countries: Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, UAE, Mexico.
