How to redeem, check balance, terms and help desk, food, snacks

How to Redeem:

  • In-store:

    1. Show your digital e-gift card to the cashier and allow them to scan it.

    2. If scanner issues arise, instruct them to enter the digits manually.

How to check your balance:

Note: If your gift card does not have a pin number, email [email protected] to request your balance.

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your digital e-gift card code and pin here.

    2. Select ‘Check Balance.’

    3. Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Present physical/e-gift card to cashier for scanning.

    2. Ask cashier to check its balance.

    3. If scanner issues arise instruct them to enter the code manually.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Useable up to balance to purchase goods at participating Mix It Up® locations, including participating Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky’s locations in the U.S.

  • Locations

    • United States only.

    • Auntie Anne’s gift cards can be redeemed at participating Auntie Anne’s store locations. Please note that some travel venues and other unique locations may not be able to sell or accept gift cards. Store locator: https://locations.auntieannes.com
