Verifying your phone number is one of the steps you will need to complete during registration. It is a very simple process that takes just a few seconds to finish.
First, select your country code from the drop-down menu, then enter your phone number and tap on the next arrow.
You will receive an SMS message with a 4 digit code. Enter the code into the app, and push the next arrow again.
If you've provided a valid phone number and entered the correct code, your phone number will have been verified and you will be able to proceed with the registration process. If you are having difficulty receiving the SMS OTP, please reach out to our Customer Team by clicking the Help button (question mark icon) on the top right corner of your screen.
What If I'd like to change my phone number?
For security purposes, you are unable to change your phone number directly from the Fluz from the app. You would need to call our support team by going to the Fluz app> press "?" or help> choose More Options> then choose Call Us.
When you change your phone number, we'll ask you to verify your identity to ensure your account's security.
