Under this status, you are unable to log into your account, make new purchases, or view your past gift card information.

Here are some reasons why your account was locked:
Accounts are temporarily suspended to protect against potential security risks or in cases of payment issues. During this period, users remain unable to perform functions including making purchases, accessing past gift card data, or modifying account details.
Automated Fraud Filters: The system flags suspicious activities or unusual patterns to prevent unauthorized transactions.
Unpaid Transactions or Declined Payments: Accounts are locked until issues with outstanding charges or payment failures such as returned ACH debits are resolved.
Failed Security Review: Linked flagged accounts, irregular device usage, or otherwise compromised account factors result in locking for security reasons.
High-Risk Transactions: Accounts and related transactions deemed risky may trigger restrictive measures.
Multiple Account Creation: Detected duplicate accounts created by a single user are grounds for an account lock.
Steps to Regain Access
Settle Any Outstanding Payments
Add a valid payment method (credit or debit card) and ensure previous unpaid transactions are processed fully.
Wait for Account Review Completion
Account reviews triggered by fraud filters will automatically reinstate valid accounts after a successful review.
Log Out and Log Back In
Refresh your account status post-reinstatement by logging out and back in.
