We know, you’re one of the good ones. Sometimes friendly users get caught in the automated filter Fluz employs to deter fraudsters, even when they’ve done nothing wrong. Here’s our advice to help us get to know you better:
Accounts are flagged by our automated fraud filter due to various reasons that may be related to your account's security, activity history, payment methods, etc. We do this to ensure your account and that of other cardholders remain as safe as possible.
Under the "review" status:
You are unable to access past purchases or make new ones
You are unable to add new payment methods
You are unable to withdraw your balance
Under this status, your account would go through the verification process. You would only be able to verify yourself.
Don't worry, all your past purchases and Fluz Pay balance will be available to you once your account is unlocked or reinstated to "full" status. Once your account has been placed back to pass, you should be able to use Fluz and purchase your gift cards.
Keep note; if your account was placed In Review because our system flagged one of your payment methods, this particular payment method would under limited status.
