How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, under payment go to: 'Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promotional Codes'.

    2. Select ‘Enter a gift card, voucher or promotional code,’ enter your gift card code, tap ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, under payment go to: 'Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promotional Codes'.

    2. Enter your gift card code, tap ‘Apply.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet.

  • Troubleshooting: For redemption issues, click here.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign-in to your Amazon account and click here.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-app:

    1. Open the Amazon app and sign-in to your account. Tap the profile button, under Payments, scroll down to ‘Manage gift card balance.’

    2. Your current gift card account balance will be displayed.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.

  • Amazon Gift Cards have no fees and no expiration date.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Neither your Amazon.com Balance nor your Gift Cards may be applied to the purchase of goods or services at any Amazon-affiliated property outside of the United States.

    • Transfer a gift card to another account once the claim code has been redeemed.

    • No portion of your Amazon.com Balance may be transferred to another Amazon.com account.
