How to use gift card:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, select ‘Add Gift Card.’
Enter your digital gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Add Card.’
In-app:
During checkout, tap ‘Add Payment.’
Tap ‘Add New,’ beside ‘Gift Card/Bonus Code.’
Enter your digital gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Apply to Order.’
In-store:
During checkout, show your digital gift card barcode and PIN.
The cashier will scan your barcode and enter the PIN.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
In-app:
Open the AMC app, tap the Profile button.
Tap ‘Wallet,’ you will see your remaining balance under ‘Gift Cards.’
If you have not used your digital gift card, tap ‘Add New’ by ‘Gift Cards.’
Enter your digital gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Add Card.’
In-store:
Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.
Scan your digital gift card barcode and PIN.
Abridged terms and conditions:
Digital gift cards will expire after 5 years. You can receive a free replacement by calling +1(800) 255-0311.
