How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. During checkout, select ‘Add Lowe’s Gift Card(s).’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’

    3. Your total will be deducted by your gift card balance.

  • In-app:

    1. During checkout, tap ‘Add Lowe’s Gift Card(s).’

    2. Enter your gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Apply.’

    3. Your total will be deducted by your gift card balance.

  • In-store:

    1. During checkout, show your gift card barcode and PIN.

    2. The cashier will scan your barcode and enter the PIN.

    3. Your gift card balance will be deducted from the total.


How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Enter your gift card code and PIN here.

    2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.

  • In-store:

    1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.

    2. Scan your gift card barcode and PIN.

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • There is no limit to the gift cards you can use per transaction.

  • Lowe's Gift Cards that have a balance will never expire and are never subject to additional fees. However, gift cards that remain at a $0 balance for 90 days will be deactivated for security purposes and can’t be reloaded or reused.

  • Locations:

    • Redeemable at any Lowe's store, lowes.com, or Lowe’s mobile App for purchases in the United States.
