How to use gift card:
Mobile/Desktop:
For to-go online orders, during checkout select, ‘Pay Online.’
During payment, select ‘Pay with Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code.
Select ‘Apply Payment.’
Note: Gratuity can be paid with the gift card balance.
In-app:
Open the LongHorn Steakhouse App, select ‘Order To Go.’
During checkout, tap ‘Add Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code. Tap ‘Add.’
The total will be deducted by your gift card balance.
Note: Gratuity can be paid with the gift card balance.
In-store:
When paying, write the gift card code on the check.
Let the server know that you are paying with a gift card.
Gift card will be deducted from the total.
Note: Gratuity can be paid with the gift card balance.
How to check your balance:

Write down your gift card code and PIN.
Show the code to a server and ask him/her to check a gift card balance.
