How to redeem, check balance, terms & help desk, travel, accommodations

How to Redeem:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Sign-in or sign-up to your Airbnb account.

    2. Click on your avatar on the upper right, and select 'Account'.

    3. Select 'Payments and Payouts'.

    4. Scroll down to Airbnb Gift Credit, and select ‘Redeem Gift Credit.’

    Note: Gift card balance cannot be used to pay for the reservation of 28 nights or more.

How to check your balance:

  • Mobile/Desktop:

    1. Log-in to your Airbnb account.

    2. Select ‘Payments & Payouts’ under ‘Account.’

    3. Your gift card balance will be shown under ‘Airbnb gift credit.'
      ​

    Note: If balance fails to apply or isn't displaying, confirm on https://www.airbnb.com/

Abridged terms and conditions:

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Gift Cards may not be applied towards charges for changes to existing reservations or be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

    • Gift card balance cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or applied to a reservation of 28 nights or more.

  • Gift card balance may only be applied to new bookings and at the time of the initial booking request.

  • You’ll need to have a payment method that was issued in the United States before you can redeem a gift card. If your total differs from your gift credit balance, it will be used to pay the difference.

  • Locations:

    • Currently redeemable only by individuals in the US with a US-based payment method.
