How to use gift card:
Mobile/Desktop:
During checkout, under ‘Payment,’ select ‘Gift Card.’
Enter your gift card code and PIN.
Your gift card balance will be deducted from your total.
In-store:
Let the cashier know you are paying with a gift card.
Scan the barcode during checkout.
Your total will be deducted by your balance.
How to check your balance:
Mobile/Desktop:
Select ‘Check balance,’ under ‘Have a Lord + Taylor gift card already?’
Enter your gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Check balance.’
In-store:
Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance.
Scan your barcode or show your code and PIN.
Abridged terms and conditions:
Your gift card balance cannot be redeemed for cash, for gift card purchases or applied to your Lord + Taylor store card account.
