Who can I share a gift card with?
You can share a Fluz gift card with:
• Members of your account: Teammates who are authorized users on your account.
• Guests: People outside your account, invited by email or phone number. The shared gift card appears on the guest's own personal Fluz account.
Access levels
• Can view: See the gift card and its activity.
• Can spend: Redeem and spend the gift card.
• Can supervise: Manage the gift card.
• Admin: Manage which members have access to the gift card.
Guests can only be given "Can view" or "Can spend" access.
How do I share a gift card?
Open the gift card and select Share (or Manage access).
Search for a member of your account, or enter an email address or phone number to invite someone.
Choose their access level and confirm.
If the person doesn't have a Fluz account yet, the invite stays pending until they sign up using the same email or phone number the invite was sent to.
Gift cards purchased from a shared Spend Account
Members with "Can spend" access (or higher) on a shared Spend Account can purchase gift cards funded by that spend account.
Transferring a gift card
Gift card ownership can be transferred to another member of your account. For example, when the current owner leaves the team. Unlike Virtual Cards and Spend Accounts, gift cards support transfer only (they can't be frozen or deactivated as part of removing a user).
Removing access
Admins can change access levels or remove a person from the gift card's access list at any time.
