Who can I share a Virtual Card with?
You can share a Fluz Virtual Card to two types of people:
• Members of your account: Anyone who is an authorized user on your account.
• Guests: Anyone outside your account, invited by email or phone number.
Guests don't become members of your account; they only get access to the card you share, and it appears on their own personal Fluz account.
Access levels
When you share a card, you choose what the person can do:
• Can view: View activity and download statements.
• Can spend: Make purchases with the card and submit edit requests. Spenders can view the full card number.
• Can supervise: Edit and approve requests (members only).
• Admin: Manage all settings and permissions, including who has access to the card (members only).
Guests can only be given "Can view" or "Can spend" access.
How do I share a Virtual Card?
Open the Virtual Card and select Share (or Manage access).
Search for a member of your account, or enter an email address or phone number to invite someone.
Choose their access level and confirm.
If the person doesn't have a Fluz account yet, the invite stays pending until they sign up using the same email or phone number the invite was sent to. Their access is applied automatically when they join.
Cards funded by a shared Spend Account
If a Virtual Card is funded by a Spend Account, everyone with access to that Spend Account automatically has access to the card. To manage who can see cards linked to a Spend Account, manage access via the funding Spend Account.
Sharing a card with a link
You can also send a Virtual Card to someone through a secure share link. The recipient opens the link, confirms their details, and claims access to the card. Share links expire if they aren't claimed by the expiration date, and the sender can freeze a link at any time before it's claimed.
Things to know about shared cards
• A card shared with multiple people cannot be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• The card's billing address and PIN are set when the card is created and apply to everyone using it.
• Some card programs may not support sharing.
Changing or removing access
Admins can change access levels or remove a person from the card's access list at any time. Removing access takes effect immediately.
