Why can’t I access my Prepaid Virtual Card?

Common reasons

1. The link expired

Shared card links have an expiration window. If the link has expired before redemption, you may see an error or validation screen instead of the card details.

2. Someone else already claimed the card

These links are generally redeemable by the first person who successfully claims them. After that, the same link can’t be reused by someone else.

3. You still need to finish verification

Even existing Fluz users may still need to complete authentication before the system will show the card page.

What to try

  • Open the most recent link you received.

  • Make sure you complete sign-in or sign-up fully.

  • Check whether you may have already claimed the card with a different account.

What to tell support

If you contact support, include:

  • The email address or phone number the card was sent to

  • The Share ID on the bottom left of the page

  • Whether you already have a Fluz account
