Why am I not receiving emails from Fluz?

If your email from Fluz hasn't arrived, your email provider may have filtered the message before it reached your inbox. This is common with automated or transactional emails, but it's easy to fix by whitelisting the sender address.

What Is whitelisting?

Whitelisting means telling your email provider to always trust messages from a specific sender. Once an address is whitelisted, emails from that address will skip spam filtering and go straight to your inbox.

How to whitelist an email address

Gmail

Option 1 — Add to Contacts

  1. Click Compose, type the Fluz sender address in the To field, and press Enter.

  2. Click the address to open the contact card, then click Add to contacts.

Option 2 — Create a Never-Spam Filter (more reliable)

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙ and select See all settings.

  2. Go to Filters and Blocked AddressesCreate a new filter.

  3. Enter the Fluz sender address in the From field, then click Create filter.

  4. Check Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter.

Already in spam? Open the email, click Not Spam at the top, then follow Option 2 above.

Outlook

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙ and select View all Outlook settings.

  2. Go to Mail → Junk email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

  4. Enter the Fluz sender address and click Save.

Already in junk? Right-click the email → Mark as not junk → choose to always trust this sender.

Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad / Mac)

  1. Open the Contacts app and tap + to create a new contact.

  2. Enter a name (for example: Fluz) and the sender email address.

  3. Save the contact.

Apple Mail automatically trusts email from addresses in your contacts, so no additional filter setup is needed.

Already in junk? Open the email and tap Not Junk at the top of the message.

Other Email Providers

  2. Open it and select Not Spam or Not Junk.

  3. Find your provider's Safe Senders, Trusted Senders, or Whitelist setting.

  4. Add the Fluz sender address and save.
