The Proposed Terms and conditions are as follows:

  1. Cashback rates displayed on the Fluz merchant page are only valid at participating partner restaurants and select locations. Not all restaurant locations are eligible. Partner restaurants and locations can be found here.

  2. Participating restaurants, eligible locations, cashback rates, and offer terms are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

  3. To earn rewards, purchases must be:

    • Made directly with an eligible participating restaurant, either in person or through the restaurant’s own website or ordering system. Purchases made through third-party delivery or ordering platforms, including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, or similar services, are not eligible for cashback.

    • Paid for using a Fluz virtual card that is properly linked to your Fluz account. Personal bank cards or bank accounts are not eligible.

    • Made within the offer promo period

  4. Cashback rates displayed are only applicable to up to $3,500. Amounts in excess of $3,500 may not earn cashback.

  5. Cashback is typically credited immediately after a transaction, but in some cases may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

  6. Cashback is calculated based on the final checkout or final captured transaction amount processed on the Fluz virtual card. This amount may include tips, service charges, and other applicable fees if they are included in the final captured amount submitted by the merchant. Pre-authorizations or pending amounts do not determine cashback.

  7. Only one reward per transaction may be earned. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly permitted.

  8. Cashback is not guaranteed and is subject to successful transaction tracking and confirmation from the merchant and the card-linked offer network. Some transactions may take time to appear and be credited.

  9. Cashback may be reversed or forfeited in the event of a refund, chargeback, or transaction adjustment.

  10. Fluz is not responsible for purchases made at non-participating locations, using non-eligible payment methods, or through third-party platforms.
