Instant Access is the portion of your deposits that you can use right away, while Available Balance refers to the maximum amount you’re allowed to spend in a day.

Q: What is Instant Access?

A: Instant Access is the money you can use immediately after depositing funds into Fluz.

Q: Why is my Available Balance less than my deposit amount?
A: Some of your funds may still be in transit. Once the deposit clears, your Available Balance will update to reflect the full amount. See this article for more information.

Q: Do gift card purchases count against my Instant Access limit?
A: No, buying gift cards does not affect your Instant Access.

Q: Does virtual card spending count against my Instant Access limit?
A: No, virtual card spend also does not affect your Instant Access.

Q: What is my Instant Access allotment?
A: You can use up to $2,000 on a rolling basis with a personal account and up to $50,000 on a rolling basis with a business account.

  • The Instant Access allotment works on a rolling period basis. It replenishes once any deposits you’ve made are finalized. The amount of Instant Access available depends on the allotment in your account at the time you initiate a deposit.
