We understand, some of our customer would prefer to initiate an outbound payment to Fluz for products or services purchased. If so, you can find our payment details bellow:
Once you have initiated your payment, please send us a screenshot of the transfer confirmation as well as the email address of the Fluz account you’d like to apply the payment to [email protected].
When the funds have been settled to our bank account, our team will apply those funds to your open balance and you will receive an email as confirmation. That email will include instructions on how to track your payments on the transactions page. Additionally, if you do not receive an email notification confirming the deposit, you should check your spam/junk folder or verify with your bank to ensure the transaction was successfully initiated.
In order to ensure a smooth transaction, please be reminded of the following:
You must use a U.S. bank account that is registered under the same legal name or business name as your Fluz account. Otherwise, the wire will be returned to its source .
For each wire or ACH Transfer, there is a field to add a note. Make sure to add a note in the format FLUZ [USEREMAIL] [YYMMDD] before wiring your funds (e.g. "FLUZ [email protected] 250101")
We strive to process your manual top-ups as promptly as possible. For your convenience, please note that Wires and ACH transfers received before 10AM EST will be loaded to your Fluz Balance by 11:30AM EST. For those received before 5PM EST, please expect them to be loaded by 6:30PM EST. Funds received after 5PM or on bank holidays will be topped up the next business day.
Known fraudsters will forge invoices posing as Fluz with their banking details. This article is the official confirmation of the banking details for payment on any invoices.
